Placing an Order on our Website

When Placing an order, you agree to the following conditions.
When purchasing pre-order item from NerdBoxx please check the due date of the item before purchasing. When we receive the pre-order items as stock, we will email you to let you know that we have received them and will dispatch any orders the same day. When placing a pre-order with us we do take the funds before the item comes in stock. This is normal for most commerce websites. When ordering pre-order items, payments made by paypal e-cheque will not be posted until the payment has cleared.

Returns Policy

If you wish to change your order before it has been dispatched please contact us via the 'contact us' section of our website. If you have a problem with any of your orders once they have arrived, please contact us via email, or though the 'contact us' section. We will do our best to resolve any issues you have. If you still feel like you wish to return your item, we request you send it back to our return address. However, please raise the issue with us before you send anything back. You fully understand that return postage will be paid for by you (the customer). We will process a full refund once the item has arrived back to us.
