Returns can be made within 10 days of purchase, return postage is to be paid for by the buyer.

When purchasing pre order item from NerdBoxx please check the due date of the item before purchasing. When we receive the pre order items as stock, we will email you to let you know that we have received them and will dispatch any orders the same day.
When placing a pre order with us we do take the funds before the item comes in stock. This is normal for most commerce websites.
